Can I pay per session for Personal Training?
Yes, you can book per session if that options works instead of monthly.

How often should I train?
It depends on your fitness goals. We recommend at least 2-3 times per week for optimal results, but we can work with you to create a customized plan that fits your needs.


Are you Certified in PT and Nutrition?
YES Certified in both.

Do you charge for Nutritional guidance? 
YES Nutrition ebooks are available to purchase, will discuss nutrition with clients.

Do you train in a gym?
YES a private gym.
